The research

The idea was born from the desire to recover ancient vines in danger of extinction, re-evaluate the quality of the product pisciottano vineyard, and of Cilento to try to help rewrite the map of winemaking quality out of the local council of the approved wine and subsequently seek to involve other local growers to breed mainly indigenous grapes and making wine in a natural way with quality, without using chemicals to “build” the wines in the cellar.
The research in the area of native vines started since 2004 in the town of Pisciotta and in the Park, after several inspections and evidence of old local growers, I spotted and photographed TAGS strains of ancient vines practically abandoned which I then plugged in and bred in the company.
